i really enjoyed my stay at nh collection. the location was fantastic, super close to everything, like senator gran via. the hotel was clean and really pretty inside. the staff, especially alvaro and nahuel, were incredibly helpful, making my trip so much easier. they helped with reservations and provided great local tips. overall, i felt very welcome here.

Perfect rooftop retreat in Madrid

The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering refreshing mojitos and stunning views of the city as we relaxed after exploring. Staff were exceptionally accommodating with our needs.

On the downside, the seating around the bar was limited, making it difficult to enjoy our drinks in comfort during busy hours. A second elevator would also ease traffic.

I stayed 3 nights in a Premium Double or Twin Room. The location was superb, with easy access to attractions. The room was stylish, featuring a great shower. Staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and varied. ☕

Had an amazing trip with friends! The location was spot-on, close to everything, we shopped a lot and even rented bikes for a fun day out. The staff was super helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooftop pool was closed for renovation, but the breakfast options were delicious! Can't recommend this place enough for a group getaway!

One downside was the presence of some unsavory characters outside, which might bother some guests, but we didn't feel unsafe.
